Course Fee & Refund Policy Agreement
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit or exclude your statutory consumer guarantees.
1. Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Cancel within 7 business days → Full refund
2. Special Circumstances
A full refund or free reschedule may be granted in cases of:

Contagious illness
-
Pregnancy-related medical restriction
-
Serious injury
-
Immediate family bereavement
Valid supporting documentation must be provided. Approval is at the discretion of Bodywork Lab® in accordance with ACL obligations.
3. Standard Refunds (Before Course Start)
If cancellation occurs outside the cooling-off period:

Before materials are issued: Course fee minus $50 administration fee

After materials are issued, accessed, or downloaded: Course fee minus $150 (administration + materials licence fee)
Access to course materials constitutes partial service delivery under Australian Consumer Law. Refund eligibility is determined by the date written cancellation notice is received.
4. Course Transfers or Deferrals

One transfer per participant is permitted

Request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to course start

Transfer fee: $50–$100 depending on timing

Transfers are subject to availability

Additional changes may incur administrative fees at the discretion of Bodywork Lab®.
5. Course Cancellation by Bodywork Lab®
If the course is cancelled by Bodywork Lab®, participants may choose:

A full refund, or
-
An 10-month course credit
Bodywork Lab® is not responsible for third-party travel, accommodation, or related expenses.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions.
7.Digital Training Materials

Digital training materials (including Module 1–7 and online content) will be released 2 weeks prior to the course start date

Once materials have been released, they are non-refundable
-
Access is for the enrolled Participant only and must not be shared
